We are dedicated to providing safe, efficient hauling and construction services- creating stunning backyard pool landscapes, specializing in hauling, construction, and pool design, while fostering a supportive work environment that celebrates the diverse abilities of our team.

Brandy Guthrie

Brandy Guthrie is the dynamic and visionary CEO of AideLand Conveyance, LLC, a locally woman-owned company revolutionizing hauling, trucking, and construction services across Virginia.
As a certified Responsible Land Disturber (DEQ) and Pesticide Applicator in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Brandy brings unparalleled expertise in environmental compliance, stormwater management, erosion control, and sediment control. Her deep knowledge spans construction management, heavy equipment operations, DOT regulations, and excavation safety, ensuring every project is executed with precision and care.

Brandy’s leadership extends beyond technical expertise. As the former Director of Safety & Occupational Health at RSG Landscaping, she honed her skills in workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and employee training, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. Her ability to navigate complex challenges—whether it’s project estimation, cost management, or incident investigation—has earned her widespread respect and multiple endorsements in areas like team leadership, strategic planning, and customer retention.

A passionate advocate for equality, diversity, and professional ethics, Brandy also excels in community outreach, mental health counseling, and lifestyle coaching. Her skills in public speaking, social media marketing, and professional communication amplify her ability to connect with clients and inspire her team. With a knack for multitasking and a heart for service, Brandy is dedicated to empowering her workforce and building lasting relationships with clients. Brandy's excited to bring her passion and over 10 years backyard pool design experience to the Lynchburg area.

Greg Goff

VICE PRESIDENT

Greg Goff, VP of Operations, brings over 34 years of experience in sales and operations of conveyance systems, working with clients like Dr. Pepper, General Mills, and clients across the globe at Sentry Equipment & Erectors.
A lifelong resident of Campbell County, Greg is deeply engaged in our community. He served as a board member and president of Rustburg Dixie Youth from 1987 to 2012, earning a Lifetime Member award, and currently serves as assistant golf coach for Rustburg High School. He is also involved with Rustburg Youth Football, New Chapel Baptist Church, and serves on the boards of Falling River Country Club and Campbell County Community Center.
Greg is husband to Sherri, and is a proud father of three children and grandfather of six. In his free time, he enjoys time with family, golf, hunting, and clay shooting.

Ronnie Guthrie

Ronnie Guthrie, the distinguished former owner and creator of RSG Landscaping is a seasoned leader whose profound expertise and hands-on approach have transformed the commercial landscaping industry across the Mid-Atlantic. Headquartered in Concord, VA, with branch offices in Roanoke, Richmond, and Charlottesville, RSG Landscaping, under Ronnie’s stewardship, became a beacon of excellence, delivering stunning and functional outdoor spaces under his stewardship for nearly 35 years.

As a visionary entrepreneur, Ronnie built RSG Landscaping into a Small Business Certified, Class A contractor renowned for its comprehensive services, including grounds maintenance, hydro-seeding, erosion control, bio-retention ponds, green roofs, and intricate hardscaping like retaining walls and pavers. His deep understanding of horticulture, site preparation, and irrigation system design ensured every project, from large-scale government contracts to high-end residential landscapes, met rigorous standards of quality and safety. Ronnie’s commitment to sourcing premium plant material from RSG’s sister company, Guthrie Nursery, Inc., with a 30-acre selection, guaranteed lasting beauty and value for clients across municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial properties throughout Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland.

Ronnie’s leadership was defined by his hands-on approach and dedication to team development. Known for personally training maintenance crews, he emphasized teamwork and clear communication as the cornerstones of success, fostering a culture of accountability and pride. His ability to manage complex projects, oversee efficient workflows, and maintain stringent budgets earned RSG glowing testimonials from clients like Randolph College, Wintergreen Resort, and Windle Construction, who praised the company’s professionalism, timeliness, and exemplary work.

A champion of community engagement, Ronnie led RSG to give back through initiatives like the “Adopt A Highway” program, Project Evergreen’s Green Care for Troops, and partnerships with the United Way of Central Virginia and the American Cancer Society. His commitment to safety, reflected in RSG’s Nationally Recognized Safe Landscaping Services, set industry benchmarks, ensuring client properties were both beautiful and secure.

In a consulting roll, Ronnie now brings his wealth of experience to support AideLand Conveyance, LLC, focused on hauling and construction, his "bread and butter". His passion shines through in AideLand's beautiful backyard oases, specializing in the design and construction of commercial and residential pools that elevate outdoor living. Ronnie’s experience and collaboration continues to drive innovation, making him an invaluable asset to AideLand and the communities they serve.

Andrew Bradley

FLEET SUPERVISOR

Andrew Bradley, AideLand’s dedicated Fleet Supervisor, brings us real world and classroom expertise along with a dedicated safety mindset to mechanical and electrical systems. Andrew grew up immersed in the world of mechanics and electrical work, learning the ropes from a young age. His passion for the trade was sparked and nurtured through hands-on experience with his grandfather, Mike Tucker of Tucker Battery, and his father at Bradley Electric Services.
Andrew honed his skills in the field, earning his Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with endorsements while working at RSG Landscaping. Committed to excellence, he maintains annual continuing education credits in safety to ensure AideLand’s fleet operates at the highest standards.
Outside of AideLand, Andrew is also employed by FritoLay. He cherishes spending time with his nieces, cheering them on at their softball games. His deep-rooted love for all things electrical and mechanical continues to drive his professional success and personal fulfillment.
